Tuna Tomato Frittata

  1. Beat the eggs and add cream.
  2. Mix together then add the tuna and salt.
  3. Spray a 9 or 10 springform pan with cooking oil spray.
  4. Pour in the egg mixture.
  5. Arrange the tomato slices and sprinkle cheese evenly over the top.
  6. Bake in a 350 degrees F oven for 55-60 minutes for a 10 pan, or a little longer for the smaller pan, until set and cooked in the center.
