Blueberry Pineapple Crisp Recipe
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 3 c. blueberries
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 c. minced nuts
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 stick butter
- Use oblong baking pan, 8 or possibly 9x12 inches.
- Pour 1 can crushed pineapple, 3 c. berries, and 1 box cake fold in baking pan.
- Sprinkle with 1 c. minced nuts, 1/2 c. sugar.
- Drizzle over top 1 stick melted butter.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 25 min.
