Hadar Chicken & Potoatoes

  1. (Note: I almost always double this recipe.
  2. I use half for the potatoes and the other half for the chicken.)
  3. Mix all ingredients, except for chicken and potatoes.
  4. Marinate chickent and veggies for 10 minutes, or so.
  5. Bake at 350F for an hour or so, until chicken is cooked and potatoes are crispy.
