Potato Cakes Recipe

  1. Add in sufficient flour and lowfat milk to make a pancake consistency (approximately 1/4 c. flour and 3 Tbsp.
  2. lowfat milk).
  3. Add in more flour, if desired thick cakes.
  4. Add in more lowfat milk for thin cakes.
  5. Serve with maple syrup.
