Honey-Mustard Encrusted Cheerio Chicken Strips
- 2 Tablespoons Mustard
- 3 Tablespoons Honey
- 18 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 18 teaspoons Paprika
- 18 teaspoons Red Pepper
- 18 teaspoons Thyme
- 18 teaspoons Pepper
- 2- 1/2 cups Honeynut Cheerios, Crushed (cereal)
- 1 pound Chicken Breast, Cut Into Strips

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Prepare baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
- 2.
- In a bowl, combine mustard, honey and all seasonings.
- Mix well.
- Place crushed Cheerios in second bowl.
- 3.
- Coat a chicken strip in honey-mustard sauce, then roll in crushed Cheerios.
- Place onto baking sheet.
- Repeat with rest of chicken.
- 4.
- Bake for 10 minutes, flip chicken and bake for another 7-10 minutes or until cooked all the way through.
- Enjoy plain, dipped in more honey-mustard or on top of salad.
