Amazing Cheese Cookies
- 1-78 ounces, weight Butter
- 3-38 ounces, weight Gouda Cheese, Grated
- 1 ounces, weight Parmesan Cheese, Grated
- 3-58 ounces, weight Flour
- 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper
- 1 pinch Paprika Powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- Beat the butter for about 3 minutes untill its creamy and mix the cheese in.
- Add the dry ingredients and knead it till its a supple dough.
- Shape it into a roll of about 5 cm thick and let it cool in the fridge for about 15 munites.
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C (or 350 degrees F).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the dough roll into slices of about 50mm (around 2 inches) and put them on the paper.
- Bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes untill theyre golden brown.
- Let them cool off on a rack and keep them in a closed jar for 3 to 7 days.
