Creamy Spinach Dip
- 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 12 cup chopped scallion
- 14 cup chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients unitl well blended.
- Refrigerate up to 2 days.
