Meditteranean Medley Recipe

  1. Cook shell noodles according to package directions, let cold.
  2. Cook pea pods one minute in boiling water, remove and let cold.
  3. Put shells and pea pods into a service bowl (decorative glass bowl looks best).
  4. Drain water from tuna and add in to above.
  5. Add in artichokes and artichoke liquid, sliced olives, sliced mushrooms, sliced green onions and tops.
  6. Pour oil and vinegar dressing over it all.
  7. Lightly toss and add in lemon pepper to taste.
  8. Pass Parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top if you like.
