Evies Plaza Dip for Chips
- 1- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 2 Tablespoons Anchovy Paste
- 2 Tablespoons Chili Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Horseradish
- 2 whole Hard-boiled Eggs, Chopped Fine
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley, Chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, Chopped Fine
- Stir together the sour cream, mayonnaise, dry mustard, anchovy paste, chili sauce, and horseradish.
- Add the chopped egg, parsley, and garlic.
- Let stand in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to blend the favors.
- Note: I looked high and low for anchovy paste at my local grocery stores.
- I ended up using Worcestershire sauce instead.
- When I head to a metropolitan grocery store, I will be sure to pick up some anchovy paste.
