Evies Plaza Dip for Chips

  1. Stir together the sour cream, mayonnaise, dry mustard, anchovy paste, chili sauce, and horseradish.
  2. Add the chopped egg, parsley, and garlic.
  3. Let stand in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to blend the favors.
  4. Note: I looked high and low for anchovy paste at my local grocery stores.
  5. I ended up using Worcestershire sauce instead.
  6. When I head to a metropolitan grocery store, I will be sure to pick up some anchovy paste.
