White Chocolate Fondue

  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine cream and butter.
  2. Bring mixture to a simmer, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove pan from heat.
  4. Add white morsels.
  5. Stir until melted and smooth.
  6. Cool slightly.
  7. Transfer to a fondue pot, chafing dish, or ceramic bowl.
  8. Serve immediately with sliced apples, sliced bananas, strawberries, cookies, pretzels, and pound cake.
