Mint Nutella Energy Bites
- 1 cup Nutella
- 1/2 cups Honey
- 2- 1/2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Mint Bites (I Used Andes Mint Bites Found In The Baking Aisle)
- In a large bowl, add Nutella and honey.
- Microwave for about 15 seconds so that the mixture is easy to spread.
- Remove from microwave and add oats, vanilla, and salt.
- Mix well.
- Stir in the mint bites, making sure everything is evenly combined.
- Place bowl into refrigerator for about 15 minutes, so that mixture is easy to roll into balls.
- Form mixture into balls.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Enjoy!
