Salt Air Margarita

  1. Make the Salt Air: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the tequila, Cointreau and lime juice and shake well.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Make the Salt Air: Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
  5. Using an immersion blender, mix until bubbles form.
  6. Carefully spoon on top of the drink.
