Honey and Lemon Chicken

  1. Heat the butter in a frying pan and brown the chicken on all sides.
  2. Transfer to a lidded casserole.
  3. Boil the honey, lemon juice and rosemary in the frying pan for a few minutes and then pour over the chicken.
  4. Cover the casserole and cook in a pre-heated oven at 375F for 20 minutes.
