Fried Dwaine-Feast Breakfast(Fried Potatoes, Fried Apples, Fried Saucy Grits, Fried Eggs)
- 3 medium white potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- dash of garlic
- 1 c. cooked grits
- 16 oz. tomato sauce
- 4 oz. mushroom pieces
- 1 tsp. or less hot sauce
- eggs, fried as desired
- 4 medium apples, thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 Tbsp. curry powder
- 1 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. fructose or 1/3 c. brown sugar and no maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. cold water
- Fried Potatoes:
- Fry potatoes, onion, bell pepper and garlic on medium heat in just enough oil to keep potatoes from sticking (3 to 4 tablespoons of oil): season with salt and pepper.
