Boulettes Au Parmesan Et Au Persil Recipe
- 1 1/2 lb Lean grnd beef Salt and freshly grnd pepper
- 4 pch Freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/2 c. Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. Snipped fresh parsley (Italian flat-leaf)
- 4 Tbsp. Extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil.
- Knead all ingredients together with your hands till thoroughly mixed.
- Shape into balls the size of walnuts by rolling between your palms.
- Heat extra virgin olive oil in a large nonstick frying pan over medium heat, cook till golden, about 5 min, turning often.
- Serve warm, hot or possibly at room temp.
- I used half grnd beef, half warm italian sausage...and put them into a small warming pot.
- I used thin wooden skewers to serve them on.
