Boulettes Au Parmesan Et Au Persil Recipe

  1. Knead all ingredients together with your hands till thoroughly mixed.
  2. Shape into balls the size of walnuts by rolling between your palms.
  3. Heat extra virgin olive oil in a large nonstick frying pan over medium heat, cook till golden, about 5 min, turning often.
  4. Serve warm, hot or possibly at room temp.
  5. I used half grnd beef, half warm italian sausage...and put them into a small warming pot.
  6. I used thin wooden skewers to serve them on.
