Poppy Seed Bread Cake Recipe
- 1 golden brown butter cake mix
- 4 tbsp. poppy seeds
- 1 c. warm water, not boiling
- 1 pkg. coconut pudding
- 1/4 c. oil
- 4 Large eggs, room temperature
- Mix cake mix and instant pudding mix.
- Add in poppy seeds, oil and warm water.
- Mix well.
- Add in Large eggs, one at a time.
- Pour into two 9 x 3 inch loaf pans.
- Bake a 350 degrees for 15 min.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 45 min.
- Cold 10 min in pan, then put back on rack to finish cooling.
- This bread slices better if made the day before and refrigerated.
- Slice with a serrated knife.
