Blueberry Cream Cheese Squares Recipe

  1. Combine cornstarch, sugar, water and blueberries in sauce pan.
  2. Cook over medium heat stirring till thickened; cold.
  3. Combine cracker crumbs and butter; press half the crumbs into bottom of foil-lined 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
  4. Mash cream cheese till soft; beat in sugar and vanilla gradually.
  5. Mix in whipped topping; drop by spoonfuls over crumbs mix.
  6. Spread gently with spatula.
  7. Spread blueberry filling over cheese mix; spread with remaining cheese mix.
  8. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs mix.
  9. Refrigerateovernight.
  10. Yields 15 servings.
