Marinated Greek Salad

  1. Chop all veggies & place in a large bowl; add rinsed canellini beans.
  2. In a small bowl mix dressing ingredients.
  3. Pour dressing over salad and mix lightly.
  4. Sprinkle with feta cheese.
  5. Serve immediately or cover & refrigerate to allow flavors to blend more.
