Hot Chicken/Shrimp Sandwich

  1. Combine chicken, shrimp, celery, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
  2. Top each muffin half with 2 heaping tablespoons of the mixture.
  3. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes.
  4. Top with about 2 tablespoons VELVEETA.
  5. Bake until VELVEETA melts.
  6. Serve immediately.
  7. Makes 12 sandwiches.
