Hot Chicken/Shrimp Sandwich
- 1-1/2 cups diced cooked chicken Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.)cooked small salad shrimp
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 6 English muffins, split, toasted
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) VELVEETA Shredded Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product
- Combine chicken, shrimp, celery, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
- Top each muffin half with 2 heaping tablespoons of the mixture.
- Bake at 350F for 10 minutes.
- Top with about 2 tablespoons VELVEETA.
- Bake until VELVEETA melts.
- Serve immediately.
- Makes 12 sandwiches.
