Pork Chop & Stuffing Bake Recipe
- 6 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
- 4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp. diced onions
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1 c. water
- 10 3/4 ounce. can cream of chicken soup
- Combine bread crumbs, onion, celery, salt, oregano and water.
- In 11 x 7 inch baking dish, salt and pepper chops, arrange over stuffing.
- Spoon soup over chops.
- Cover lightly and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
- Then uncover and bake for 15 min more.
