Stuffing Chicken and Gravy

  1. Heat oil over medium heat in non-stick skillet.
  2. Combine breadcrumbs, 1/2 tsp thyme, 1 tsp parsley, 1/2 tsp onion salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, and 1/2 tsp sage in bowl.
  3. Beat egg in separate bowl.
  4. Dry chicken, then dip in egg, then in seasoning.
  5. Fry until golden brown on each side.
  6. Make gravy according to packets.
  7. Add the rest of the ingredients to gravy.
