Stuffing Chicken and Gravy
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 12 cups unseasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 (3/4 ounce) packages chicken gravy mix
- 12 cup olive oil
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 12 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon rubbed sage
- Heat oil over medium heat in non-stick skillet.
- Combine breadcrumbs, 1/2 tsp thyme, 1 tsp parsley, 1/2 tsp onion salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, and 1/2 tsp sage in bowl.
- Beat egg in separate bowl.
- Dry chicken, then dip in egg, then in seasoning.
- Fry until golden brown on each side.
- Make gravy according to packets.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to gravy.
