Pan Seared Tuna

  1. In a small bowl mix the soy, ginger, lime and green onions.
  2. Place the tuna steaks in a ziplock or plastic container with a lid.
  3. Pour the mixture over the tuna steaks and make sure all sides are coated.
  4. Seal and put in the fridge for 30 minutes, flipping over halfway through.
  5. Heat a medium nonstick pan over high heat and spray with cooking spray.
  6. You want to make sure the pan is nice and HOT.
  7. Place the tuna steaks on the hot pan and cook for 60 seconds, turn over and cook for an additional 60 seconds.
  8. Remove from pan and serve with your favorite salad.
