Creamy Latin Slaw
- 1-1/2 qt. KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 3 cups KRAFT Lime Cilantro Vinaigrette
- 1-1/2 gal. green cabbage, chiffionade
- 1-1/2 qt. jicama, peeled, julienne
- 1-1/2 cups scallions, chopped
- 120 each fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Shelled pumpkin seeds, toasted
- Whisk mayo and vinaigrette in large bowl until blended.
- Add next 6 ingredients; mix lightly.
- Garnish with pumpkin seeds.
