Parmesan Herb Rolls
- 75 rolls Frozen white proof-and-bake dinner rolls (2 oz. each)
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 5 tsp. GOOD SEASONS Italian Dry Mix Salad Dressing
- 1-1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
- Place frozen rolls, 1 to 2 inches apart, on 2 full size sheet pans lined with parchment paper (or on 1 half-size sheet pan for trial recipe).
- Spray large sheets of plastic wrap with cooking spray; lightly place, sprayed side down, on rolls.
- Place in warm place; let rise about 1-1/2 hours or until doubled in volume.
- Press indentation in top of each roll; brush tops of rolls with butter.
- Sprinkle with combined Parmesan cheese, dressing mix and Italian seasoning; cover.
- Let rise an additional 30 or until doubled in volume.
- Uncover.
- Bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Cool.
