Parmesan Herb Rolls

  1. Place frozen rolls, 1 to 2 inches apart, on 2 full size sheet pans lined with parchment paper (or on 1 half-size sheet pan for trial recipe).
  2. Spray large sheets of plastic wrap with cooking spray; lightly place, sprayed side down, on rolls.
  3. Place in warm place; let rise about 1-1/2 hours or until doubled in volume.
  4. Press indentation in top of each roll; brush tops of rolls with butter.
  5. Sprinkle with combined Parmesan cheese, dressing mix and Italian seasoning; cover.
  6. Let rise an additional 30 or until doubled in volume.
  7. Uncover.
  8. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
  9. Cool.
