Blondie's Jumbo Seafood Shells

  1. Add the pasta shells to 6 quarts of boiling salted water and cook until tender, yet firm.
  2. Drain; rinse with cold water, then drain again.
  3. Set aside to cool.
  4. Combine the crabmeat, shrimp, cheese, dressing ,celery, onion, and pimiento in a small bowl.
  5. If the mixture seems too dry, add more salad dressing or mayonnaise.
  6. Spoon the mixture into the cooled shells; cover and refrigerate until chilled.
  7. You can serve the shells garnished with celery leaves if desired.
