Hummus (without Tahini) - Lactose Free / Treenut Allergy Friendly

  1. Heat beans (with liquid) and garlic cloves over stove on low heat just until warm.
  2. Simmer over heat for roughly 4 minutes.
  3. Blend lemon juice, heated ingredients, butter, greek blend seasonings in blender until creamy.
  4. (if you choose to add the peppers blend them in also.)
