Tuna Curry over Rice
- 1 12 cups rice
- 1 dash salt
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon corn oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 medium tomatoes, diced
- 2 (5 ounce) cans tuna in water, drained
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 dash ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 fluid ounce milk
- 1 cup water
- Boil the rice as usual adding salt and turmeric powder to the water.
- Fry the diced onion and tomato in cooking oil.
- Mix in spices and flour.
- Add water, milk and tuna.
- Let this simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Add more flour or water depending on how thick you like the sauce.
- Serve on top of the rice.
