SHAKE'N BAKE Hawaiian Chicken
- 1-1/2 cups instant white rice
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 can (14oz/284mL) pineapple tidbits, with juice
- 1 can (14oz/284mL) chicken broth
- 4-5 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 pkg. Shake'N Bake Honey Garlic Glaze Coating Mix
- COMBINE rice, ground ginger, pineapple tidbits in juice with juice and chicken broth in a 13 x 9 inch (2.5L) casserole dish.
- COAT chicken as directed on package.
- Arrange in a single layer over rice mixture.
- Sprinkle any remaining coating mix over chicken.
- BAKE uncovered at 375F (180C) for 30 minutes.
