SHAKE'N BAKE Hawaiian Chicken

  1. COMBINE rice, ground ginger, pineapple tidbits in juice with juice and chicken broth in a 13 x 9 inch (2.5L) casserole dish.
  2. COAT chicken as directed on package.
  3. Arrange in a single layer over rice mixture.
  4. Sprinkle any remaining coating mix over chicken.
  5. BAKE uncovered at 375F (180C) for 30 minutes.
