Grasshopper Pie

  1. Chill pie crust for at least 30 minutes in refrigerator.
  2. In a mixing bowl,combined marshmallow cream, cream de menthe, & cream de coco.
  3. Beat until smooth.
  4. Whip cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
  5. Fold whipped cream into marshmallow mixture.
  6. Spoon filling into crust.
  7. Freeze for at least 5 hours.
  8. Garnish with chocolate curls and extra whipped cream if desired.
