Barbeque Shrimp Caliente Recipe

  1. Wash and drain shrimp well.
  2. Place in a 9"x13" baking pan.
  3. Place remaining ingredients in a 1 1/2 qt saucepan and cook for 5 min.
  4. Pour over shrimp.
  5. Place under broiler till shrimp are pink on top.
  6. Turn shrimp and continue to cook till done.
  7. Serve with crispy French bread - perfect for dipping in butter sauce.
  8. Serves 4 to 6.
