Chicken & Cheddar Salad
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 small green pepper, cut into thin strips
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Fat Free Italian Dressing
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Fat Free Cheddar Cheese
- 4 large leaf lettuce leaves
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl.
- Add cheese; mix lightly.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Spoon onto lettuce-covered platter; surround with tomatoes.
