Tangra Fish Curry

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Mix first 9 ingredients until well blended.
  3. Heat oil in medium saucepan on high heat.
  4. Add next 5 ingredients, cook and stir 3 min.
  5. or until onions are crisp-tender.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Stir in dressing mixture; pour over fish in 13x9-inch baking dish.
  8. Turn fish to coat both sides of each fillet; cover.
  9. Bake 15 min.
  10. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  11. Gently transfer fish to serving dish; top with sauce.
