Tangra Fish Curry
- 1 tsp. corn starch
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup Kraft Mandarin Orange with Sesame Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. garam masala
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. red chili powder or cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 onion, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
- 3 green chiles, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
- 1 lb. (450 g) tilapia fillets Walmart Supercenter 1 pkg For $10.98 thru 02/14
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Mix first 9 ingredients until well blended.
- Heat oil in medium saucepan on high heat.
- Add next 5 ingredients, cook and stir 3 min.
- or until onions are crisp-tender.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in dressing mixture; pour over fish in 13x9-inch baking dish.
- Turn fish to coat both sides of each fillet; cover.
- Bake 15 min.
- or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- Gently transfer fish to serving dish; top with sauce.
