Barbecue Pork Sandwiches Recipe

  1. Cover pork with water in soup pot and add in whole cloves.
  2. Simmer uncovered 3 to 4 hrs or possibly till meat breaks away easily with a fork.
  3. Shred meat into small strips.
  4. Reserve liquid.
  5. For sauce, combine remaining ingredients, adding more liquid if too dry.
  6. Freezes well.
  7. Nice alternative to sloppy joes.
  8. Serve on buns.
