Beach Day Fried Chicken
- 10 pieces Chicken Drumsticks Or Thighs
- 1/2 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 2 cups Corn Flakes Cereal, Crushed
- Melted Butter, Only If Needed

- Preheat oven to 375 F. 2.
- In a large Ziplock bag, mix together flour, salt, garlic powder and pepper.
- Add the crushed Corn Flakes, seal the bag and shake it all up in the bag.
- 3.
- Moisten the chicken pieces with a water.
- Make sure they are well coated.
- One piece at a time, drop them in the flour/Corn Flake mixture and shake until the chicken is completely covered.
- 4.
- Place chicken pieces in a baking pan (darker pans will brown the chicken better than a glass one).
- 5.
- Bake for approximately 45 minutes.
- If the coating seems dry or floury looking as its baking, drizzle some melted butter over the chicken pieces.
- 6.
- Remove from the oven.
- Enjoy the chicken either cold or hot!
