Monterey Jack Salsa
- 2 cups Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 5 stalks Green Onions, diced
- 1 whole Avocado, Peeled, Pitted, And Diced
- 1 can (14.5 Oz. Can) Diced Tomatoes, Drained
- 1 can (15.5 Oz. Can) Black Beans, Drained And Rinsed
- 1 can (4 Oz. Can) Diced Green Chiles
- 1 can (6 Oz. Can) Chopped Black Olives
- 1/2 cups Zesty Italian Dressing
- In a medium bowl, mix together all of the ingredients.
- You may serve immediately or chill overnight.
- The salsa tastes even better the second day.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
