Taco Chili Bake Recipe
- 1 (15 ounce.) can chili with beans
- 1 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- Paprika
- Shredded lettuce
- Minced tomato
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Heat chili, stirring occasionally, till warm.
- Mix Bisquick and lowfat milk till dough forms, beat 30 seconds.
- Spread 1/2 of dough in ungreased square baking dish, 8"x8"x2".
- Top dough with chili, sprinkle with 3/4 c. cheese, drop remaining dough by 6 spoonfuls onto the top.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake till brown, about 25 min.
- Top with lettuce, tomato and cheese.
