Black Bean Salsa

  1. Place the beans, tomatoes, jalapeno, onion, corn, dressing, lime juice, and taco seasoning in a large bowl.
  2. Stir, and taste for seasoning.
  3. (Add some cayenne pepper if you like things spicier!)
  4. Before serving, gently stir in avocado and cilantro.
  5. Serve with chips, or over lettuce and shredded cheese for a quick Mexican-style vegetarian salad.
