Cajun Marinated Chuck Roast Recipe

• 2 lb Boneless chuck roast

1. Pour Cajun-Style Marinade over chuck roast in large shallow dish; turn to coat well.
2. Cover; chill several hrs or possibly overnight, turning occasionally.
3. Grill roast 6 inches from source of heat 30 to 40 min or possibly till desired doneness, brushing with marinade and turning frequently.
4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
