Pork Chops Barbecue
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 slice lemon
- 1 each onions sliced thin
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 6 each pork loin chops 1/2 inch thick
- Combine water, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, pepper, lemon and onion in a medium saucepan.
- Mix well and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Stir in ketchup, worcestershire and liquid smoke.
- Place chops in a greased 9x13x2 inch baking dish.
- Pour sauce over top.
- Bake at 350F (180C) for 1 hour or until tender, turning once.
