Pork Chops Barbecue

  1. Combine water, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, pepper, lemon and onion in a medium saucepan.
  2. Mix well and simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Stir in ketchup, worcestershire and liquid smoke.
  4. Place chops in a greased 9x13x2 inch baking dish.
  5. Pour sauce over top.
  6. Bake at 350F (180C) for 1 hour or until tender, turning once.
