Tofu and Black Tea Cake in a Rice Cooker

  1. Mash the tofu with a whisk, and mix until smooth.
  2. Add the egg, and continue mixing.
  3. Add the vegetable oil and milk, and mix.
  4. Add the black tea leaves, and continue mixing.
  5. Sprinkle with vanilla extract, and mix.
  6. Mix in the pancake mix.
  7. Lightly grease the rice cooker bowl with vegetables oil (not listed), and pour in the batter.
  8. Flatten it down a little bit, and press start.
  9. Done.
  10. Insert a bamboo skewer to check if it's cooked through.
  11. I baked it 2 times.
  12. Letting it cool in the rice cooker keeps it moist.
  13. (It takes a while).
  14. The bottom look like this.
  15. It's chewy because of the tofu!
