Artichoke Bean Dip Recipe
- 15 ounce canned navy beans liquid removed or possibly pinto beans
- 14 ounce canned artichoke hearts liquid removed
- 7 ounce canned artichoke hearts liquid removed and chopped
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 x cloves garlic pressed
- 2 whl green onion minced or possibly chopped yellow onion salt and pepper to taste paprika for garnish
- Combine all ingredients EXCEPT the 7 ounce of chopped artichokes in a food processor and blend till smooth.
- Stir in the chopped artichoke pcs for texture and enhanced flavor.
- NOTES : We love this with anything dippable.
- Bagels, veggie sticks, crackers etc.
