Kristie's Delicious Crab Cakes!!

  1. Directions.
  2. PREHEAT OVEN 350.
  3. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL, HAND MIX,.
  4. REFRIDGERATE FOR 30 minutes
  5. IN A MUFFIN TIN OR COOKIE SHEET, SPRAY WITH PAM, SCOOP CRAB MIXTURE WITH 1/4 MEASURING CUP, MAKES
  6. 12 CRAB CAKES.
  7. BAKE 20 minutes
  8. BROIL FOR 5-8 minutes OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
  9. SERVE WITH LEMON SLICES, AND TARTER SAUCE.
  10. (OPTIONAL).
  11. SERVE WITH FIELD GREEN SALAD.
