Simple Tuna Crostini
- 1 package (5 Oz. Package) Tuna, In A Single-Serving Pouch Or Can
- 1 ounce, weight Cream Cheese
- 2 whole Campari Or Roma (small Sized) Tomatoes
- 2 slices Rye Bread
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- Salt And Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Parsley
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grab a pizza tray.
- Toss the rye bread onto the tray and drizzle the olive oil on the two pieces, spread it in a little, and salt and pepper the bread.
- Chunk or slice tomatoes and layer on top of the bread.
- Sprinkle parsley over the top.
- Mix the tuna and cream cheese together well in a separate bowl, then spread the mixture on top of the tomatoes.
- Bake on the bottom rack in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
- Enjoy!
- Serves 2 for lunch on regular slices of rye bread.
