Simple Tuna Crostini

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grab a pizza tray.
  2. Toss the rye bread onto the tray and drizzle the olive oil on the two pieces, spread it in a little, and salt and pepper the bread.
  3. Chunk or slice tomatoes and layer on top of the bread.
  4. Sprinkle parsley over the top.
  5. Mix the tuna and cream cheese together well in a separate bowl, then spread the mixture on top of the tomatoes.
  6. Bake on the bottom rack in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
  7. Enjoy!
  8. Serves 2 for lunch on regular slices of rye bread.
