Banana Pudding Bread Recipe
- 2 c. white all purpose flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 x Large eggs lightly beaten
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. mashed bananas
- 1 c. vanilla pudding, already prepared
- Place the Large eggs in a medium sized bowl, beat them lightly with a fork.
- To the Large eggs add in the vegetable oil, lowfat milk, mashed bananas and the vanilla pudding.
- Stir the ingredients till combined.
- In a larger bowl combine the flour, salt, sugar, and the baking pwdr.
- Stir together till combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir it till it is just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour or possibly till a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean.
