Winning White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies
- 12 cup butter or 12 cup margarine, softened
- 23 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 12 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour, and
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) jar macadamia nuts, chopped
- 1 cup vanilla chip
- Pre-heat oven to 350F.
- In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla.
- Combine flour and baking soda; gradually add to creamed mixture.
- Stir in nuts and vanilla chips.
- Drop by heaping tablespoons 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool for 1 minute before removing to wire racks.
