Vanilla chocolate swirl cupcakes

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 a and grease a cupcake tin with cooking spray
  2. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder in a large bowl.
  3. Add vanilla, eggs, oil and milk to the dry ingredients
  4. Separate the mixture in two and add the cocoa to one half of the mixture.
  5. Fill the cupcake tin with the vanilla mixture and then top it up with the chocolate mixture
  6. Swirl the two mixtures together with a toothpick
  7. Place in oven for 15- 20 minutes
