Nanci's Blueberry Crumb Cake
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups flour, all-purpose
- 2 cups blueberries fresh
- 1 each eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup flour, all-purpose
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Mix above.
- Fold in blueberries.
- Put into a loaf pan and top with crumbs.
- Bake in the loaf pan at 350F (180C).
- for approximately one hour!
- Enjoy!
