Spicy Sausage Jambalaya

  1. Heat 12-inch skillet on medium until hot.
  2. Add sausage and peppers, and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in tomatoes with juice, rice chicken, 1/2 cup water and 1/4 tsp salt; heat to boiling on high.
  4. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until rice is just tender.
  5. Remove skillet from heat; stir in green onions.
