• 1 1/2 teaspoon yeast
• 2 1/2 tbsp. nonfat dry lowfat milk
• 2 c. bread flour
• 2/3 teaspoon salt
• 1 tbsp. sugar
• 1 sm. egg (opt.)
• 2 1/2 tbsp. softened butter or possibly oil
• 2/3 c. hot water

1. Yield: 1 medium loaf white bread.
