Walnut Chocolate Delight Recipe

• 1 c. minced walnuts
• 1 c. flour
• 1 stick butter
• 1 c. confectioners' sugar
• 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
• 1 c. Cold Whip
• 1 pkg. chocolate pudding (instant)
• 1 pkg. vanilla pudding (instant)
• 2 1/2 c. lowfat milk
• Chocolate sauce

1. Mix walnuts, flour and butter together and pat crumbs in a 9" square pan and bake at 375 degrees for 20 min.
2. 2ND LAYER: Mix together confectioners' sugar, cream cheese and Cold Whip.
3. Spread over cooled layer.
4. 3RD LAYER: Combine pudding mixes with lowfat milk and spread over 2nd layer.
5. 4TH LAYER: Spread with Cold Whip, drizzle chocolate sauce over top and chill.
6. Very rich.
